A happy and friendly guy, married and has six children. I love when things happen, and when I go for something, I do it 300%.

Tiger.

What does the perfect working day look like? 
To begin with a cup of coffee in the morning, and then to have a hassle-free day.

What are your interests? 
Nature and cross-country skiing. Carpentry is also actually a huge interest.

MEET TIM JAEDERFELDT

DRIVING FORCE, CREATIVITY AND FAMILY LIFE

A failed time in school gave birth to the Blåkläder Ambassador Tim Jaederfeldt’s burning driving force to become successful in something, preferably a profession.
Twenty years later, he has reached there as a creatively flowing carpenter and father of six who always strives for perfection. 

– I don’t like to fail. The school was a failure for me, so that’s probably where the drive to do something I’m passionate about and do it well comes from, says Tim Jaederfeldt, one of Blåkläder’s ambassadors that we meet on, above all, social media.

Creativity has always remained one of the essential things for 34-year-old Tim. To realize people’s wishes and dreams in the form of, among other things, construction and interior carpentry is something he will never get tired of.

– I love creating things. There is something special about seeing what you create grow and become as you intended, and that it makes customers happy. For me, my profession has become more than a job, because I put my whole soul into it and live with it almost all the time.

“Almost all the time”, he said. Because when Tim does not practice his profession, he is full of life as a father of six children. In other words, there is not much time left for rest, peace or quiet.

– Yes, it is an exciting chapter in my life to have so many children. There are actually “only” five of them living at home; the oldest has moved away from home. The other five are aged 15, 11, 7, 5 and 1, so we have a lot of different defiances to take care of at home, haha. It is very amusing and rewarding with a large family; at least you never get restless, says Tim with a laugh.

When it’s not about work, family life or spending time with friends, Tim Jaederfeldt finds his breathing holes by, among other things, motocross or taking a fishing trip in some secluded place. When he gets to look ahead five years in time, the answer is that he still works as a carpenter, but then under his own auspices with his own company and exclusively with interior carpentry. That part was already fulfilled when Tim started his own company at the turn of 2021/2022.

And what about the prospects even further ahead?
– Like many others, I want to be successful in what I do, which I also work hard for and intend to continue with. I have always dreamed of building a mountain cabin in Lapland, which I can then sit in as an older man, says Tim Jaederfeldt.
