We are two crazy girls with thick skin who try to see most things positively. We started our company in August 2019 and have known each other for about ten years. We got to know each other because we lived next door.

FANNY WIKERUD & FRIDA TUREGÅRD
JOY, COLOUR AND PERFECT RESULTS
The tempo is high, the joy is constantly contagious, and the goal is always a perfect result.
Ever since the Blåkläder ambassadors Fanny Wikerud and Frida Turegård started their joint company Färgstark Skövde, they have never slowed down but rather only increased the speed ahead.
– Our profession has become our lifestyle, and we want to live fully. So we choose to see everything from a positive perspective and always make sure that the end result is perfect, Fanny and Frida say.
After training as painters through adult education, the long-standing friends and former neighbours formed their own company Färgstark Skövde (“Colourful Skövde” in English), in 2019.
– We discovered how fun it was to renovate at home, and then we trained as painters. We started working together at a company that we then left to start our own, which is among the best things we have ever done, Fanny and Frida say.
Färgstark Skövde is renovating apartments and villas. They putty, paint ceilings and walls and do a lot of wallpaper. In the summers, they do exterior painting. If you follow Fanny and Frida via @fargstarkskovde on Instagram, you immediately get the feeling that their working day consists of high speed, a lot of dancing, crazy antics and the pursuit of perfect results.
– We love to work and get so much out of it. Our creative side is satisfied, and because we are so positive about most things, we make sure to have as much fun as possible. What drives us in our work is that the customer should always be satisfied and that the result will be perfect, they say.
In their spare time, there is a lot of focus on family and training for Fanny Wikerud and Frida Turegård, but there is also time for some painting and fixing.
– It happens that we repaint furniture or put up accent walls here and there. Not because we can’t leave the job in our spare time, we love to spend time with our families, but we also love to work with what we do, Fanny and Frida say.
