Trousers 1079 and 1089 come in wonderfully soft 4-way stretch fabric which is strong and elastic in all directions. The 1079 painter’s trousers with holster pockets and the 1089 without are designed to withstand demanding tasks without compromising comfort and fit.  

The trousers have advanced details and specially-designed pockets for brushes, putty and painting knives. The knee pad pockets are reinforced with CORDURA® stretch for greater ease of movement. Soft, stretch mesh fabric at the back of the knee for good ventilation. Leg hem with reinforcement at the back provides effective protection against wear. The 1088 shorts version of the 1079 painter’s trousers offers unsurpassed softness and flexibility.

Quality 1000: 100% cotton, twill, 240gm². A lightweight cotton fabric for high comfort. This material is Oeko-Tex®100 certified. 
The 1910 painter’s trousers with stretch panels are also available in a women’s model (7910) and are a modern, comfortable and very flexible pair of trousers that make comfort and functional pocket solutions a priority. These trousers are fitted with stretch panels in carefully selected places such as the crotch, knees, backside and calves.  

The high amount of cotton in the fabric provides the garment with excellent absorption qualities that prevent paint from seeping through and leaving paint spots on your skin. The 1910 model has a specially adapted, CORDURA® reinforced filler pocket and maximised nail pockets, plus CORDURA® stretch kneepad pockets that provide you with the comfort you need.

The material is a smooth 4-way stretch fabric that is strong and stretchable in all directions.  

The trousers have advanced details and specially-designed pockets for brushes and putty and painting knives, plus holster pockets. The knee pad pocket is reinforced with CORDURA® stretch fabric on the outside and stretch fabric on the inside for increased freedom of movement. Soft, stretch mesh fabric at the back of the knee for good ventilation. Leg hem with reinforcement at the back provides effective protection against wear.

7131 Women’s Painter Trousers (women’s version) 
Quality 1210: 100% cotton, twill, 320 g/m². A material who retains its shape for additional comfort. Sanforized (pre-shrunk) cotton. This material is Oeko-Tex®100 certified. 
Painter trousers with the right functionality needed for daily comfort at work. The cotton fabric has excellent absorbency and prevents paint to get onto your skin. Reinforced kneepad pockets, back pockets and brush pocket in CORDURA®. 

And now, some things that you absolutely should think about when you aim to find the perfect painter’s trousers for yourself.

– When it comes to painter’s trousers, it is of the utmost importance to choose the right size, or rather; your size. 

– Care about your knees. If you get your size right in combination with the knees fitting correctly (which means that the knee pads are used to the fullest) you will be able to get rid of many years of pain in your body. 

– Depending on whether you work indoors or outdoors, you should choose the thickness of the trousers as needed. The thicker the trouser, the more warmth. 

– The vast majority of Blåkläder painter’s trousers are 100 percent cotton, which is preferred by the vast majority of painters.  

– Always making a mess? Choose a trouser with high absorbency. Our trousers have different absorbency, which is naturally an important part to keep in mind when choosing the garment that best suits you.
